1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and services provided by Finbar Spellman. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

2. Nature of the Service

Bio-energy therapy sessions are offered to help support your overall well-being. Clients are encouraged to consult with their doctor or healthcare professional for any medical concerns. The Therapy is not a replacement for conventional medical treatment. A separate consent and information form will be completed in person before your first session.

3. Booking and Payment

• All appointments require a deposit of €120, payable at the time of booking.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• The remaining balance (if any) is payable at the time of your appointment.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment:
  The deposit will be refunded in full.
• If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment:
  The deposit is non-refundable.

5. Rescheduling Policy

• If you reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment:
  You can reschedule free of charge.
• If you reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment:
  A rescheduling fee of €60 applies.

6. Client Information & Data Protection

• The following personal information is collected during booking: full name, address, phone number, and email address.
• Payment information is handled securely by Stripe; no financial information is stored on this website.
• Additional personal and health information is collected in person prior to the session and is handled according to GDPR requirements.
• All personal data is stored securely and will never be shared with third parties, except where required by law.

7. Client Responsibility

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are attending voluntarily and are responsible for informing your healthcare provider of any therapies you are receiving.

8. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of booking will apply.
